Pupils at the Gryphon Sixth Form have helped to organise a fundraising dinner in support of Shares and another charity.
Tickets are now available for the Mexican-themed dinner, which takes place at the Gryphon on Friday 19 July at 7.30pm. Food will include spicy bean-filled empanadas wtih sour cream, and meat and vegetarian chille dishes. Attendees can brink their own drink, and entertainment is provided.
Proceeds from the event will go to Sherborne Area Refugee Support, and to Mercy Ships, an international charity which runs a hospital ship in West Africa.
Tickets are £15 each and are available from the Gryphon reception area and the Sherborne Tourist Information
